That's my point exactly.
I am an outsourcer and I want something that I know well, can manage remotely for any client without the bug-a-boos that come with outlook. I have never been a fan of Exchange and I go back to the MS Mail days.
Let's face it, you take ANY small organization and it doesn't matter if it's Domino or Exchange, when they see the Administrator panel (mind you exchange is in a MMC format thus making it a little familiar to the user) they still won't know what to do with it.

But thank you for the input.
I'm getting back out there selling my outsourcing services and I was looking for those that may have convinced the small outfit that Domino/Notes will work for them
